Port du Sud wharf is suitable for yachts up to 60 meters.
“Unifloat” Concrete floating pontoons offer safety, robustness, stability and unmatched acoustic comfort.
The marina hosts a gourmet restaurant “Le Bintz”
Each space on the marina has connexion to water and electricity (16 A, 23A, 63A).
All pontoons can receive TV (10 channels available).
To match security with comfort, pontoons are privatized and locked at night, between 22 h00 and 5h00. Access is only possible with a magnetic card.
Security is also reinforced by night, with a security officer patrolling on site.
The marina gates are closed every night between 22 h00 and 5h00, every Saturday from 7h00 to 10h00, and every Sunday and public holiday. Access to the whole area and carpark is restricted and requires a remote control.

Fees applying to visitors are fees with life on board.
The length of stay depends on availabilities and is considered on a case by case basis by the marina Master.
An extra fee applies for the use of a 64A connexion, based on the meter reading and EEC (New Caledonia electricity provider) costs.

The marina Port du Sud is located at the Orphelinat Bay next to:

  • Noumea’s beaches (Baie des Citrons, Anse VAta)
  • Museum
  • Noumea market
  • Restaurants, bars and night clubs
  • Port Plaisance shopping center and its variety of shops, a bank and a supermarket
  • Aloha shopping center (supermarket, bank, airlines…)
  • Car rental

International visitors and biosecurity clearance :

At your arrival, Biosecurity officers from the SIVAP will come on board and inspect goods that may pose a biosecurity hazard.
These goods are submitted to specific regulations and must be declared.
They are animals and plants, products and food of plant and animal origin (craft, seeds…), as well as equipment that may have been exposed to biosecurity hazards (used hiking, camping, farm and animal equipment…).
These goods may introduce pests and diseases affecting human, animal and plant health and damaging our unique environment, agriculture and economy. Their control is necessary to preserve New Caledonia.

Derogations may apply to individuals meeting conditions described in the SIVAP website
